ABOUT ME

“My father’s idea was to introduce music to both my brother and I. Being young African American men, my father felt that this was very uncommon for us to play stringed instruments. Starting at the age of 5, he pushed us and told us that the sky was the limit. Dad was a Choir Director/Singer. Mom is a private music teacher. “

“Growing up I hated to practice. I didn’t have fun with it. In my adult years, I play songs that my Dad whooped my butt over! But his persistence helped make me the musician and man I am today.”

“The violin is the instrument of love and romance. I strive to bring my audience into the world that I am in when I perform. I want fans to share and embrace the feeling of the music – spiritually, mentally and physically.” ~
